Order Processing and Handling
• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. A separate email with tracking information will be sent upon shipment.
• Peak Periods: Please allow for additional processing time during holidays or high-demand periods.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
• We offer several shipping options, including standard, priority shipping, and international shipping which can be selected at checkout.
• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days within the United States.
• Priority Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 1-3 business days within the United States.
• International Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days for shipments to Canada, and 5–10 business days for all other international destinations.
Shipping Coverage
• We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.

Shipping Carriers
• United States: All domestic shipments are sent via USPS (United States Postal Service).
• International: Shipments to Canada and other international destinations are typically sent via UPS, FedEx, or other reliable international carriers.
• If you have a preferred shipping carrier, please contact us directly at info@thepiratecandyshop.com before placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
• The Pirate Candy Shop is not liable for packages lost, stolen, or delayed once marked as delivered by the carrier.
• Customers are advised to ship orders to secure locations to prevent theft.
• If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the carrier directly with the tracking number provided for the order. We are happy to assist in filing a claim if needed.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect:
1. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery via email at info@thepiratecandyshop.com.
2. Provide your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photographs of any damaged items.
3. We will review your claim and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or partial refund at our discretion.
Returns and Refunds Policy
Due to the perishable nature of candy, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, including dissatisfaction with flavor, texture, or appearance.
• In the event of an issue caused by The Pirate Candy Shop (e.g., incorrect item shipped), we will work to rectify the situation promptly.
• Refunds, when applicable, will only be issued for damaged or missing items verified by our team at our discretion.
